• Lead the entire operations of TATA IDEAS (Idea crowdsourcing platform) for the group companies and launched the E-Hackathons
• Analyzed data of INNOVISTA (TATA innovation platform) to find the Serial Innovators.
• Supported Open Innovation team to find solutions to long unresolved problems from Tata Group
• Tracking and analyzing the data of Indian Operations to formulate strategies for the next financial quarters and present them to the leadership
• Part of team who set up a New Type Approval system from its user software and deciding the flow of the new process
• Managed the accrual Income data for the India Office and presented the trends to the team monthly

Positions of Responsibility

• Event Head: Organized and conducted ROBOTANK at IGNITE’15(Annual Techno-fest) in UPES
• Organizer: Co-ordinated M.Tech Symposium at IGNITE’14(Annual Techno-fest) in UPES
• School House Captain: Led the ‘Raman(Yellow)’ house in all the Co-curricular and Extra Curricular activities
