• Served as an Assistant Manager at Bharat Aluminium Company Limited, (Korba)
• Improvised 49 plus SOPs, SMPs, and contingency plan, and designed safety framework.
• Lead Vedanta in Quality circle, including Kaizen and 5S at Chapter and National levels
• Responsible for manpower management and consumables for department
• Made improvements in 360-degree machine guarding, isolation procedures, lifting tools and tackles etc. across all the equipment’s in department for maintaining safe work environment
• Part of project for inhouse conversion of high-pressure compressor to low pressure compressor, which led to bringing down specific power consumption (28MWH/Day)
