• Spearheaded the Kaizen initiative at Vadodara plant and registered a significant gain of 170% employee participation by setting a benchmark of average of 9+ Kaizen per day
• Efficiently coordinated internal, external & customer audits with root cause analysis and CAPA implementations of the Identified scope of improvements
