• Achieved savings of 6.8 MINR by driving cost reduction projects at the assembly bay in Bosch's Jaipur plant
• Part of a 10-member global team that worked on components’ standardization and reduced a total of 417 part numbers variety on SAP
• Part of the customer quality team responsible for achieving plant KPI of 0 km customer complaints, hence boosting customer satisfaction
• Led ‘Waste Elimination Projects’ in production processes, driving cost savings of 1.6 MINR
• Responsible for defect monitoring, MIS reporting & scrap management of diesel injectors division

• Member of Placements' Committee at IIM Amritsar; responsible for managing corporate relations and engagement, and facilitating end to end recruitment processes.
• Outhouse activities incharge for SPICMACAY - MUJ Chapter: Responsible for organising SPICMACAY Rajasthan's events in Jaipur city and was the POC between SPICMACAY Rajasthan and SPICMACAY MUJ
• Organizing team Member (Hospitality) for TEDx Manipal University Jaipur
• Organising committee member (Hospitality team) in Techideate'17, Manipal Jaipur's Annual Tech fest. I had a team of 70 people working under me as organizing team members and volunteers.

• Headed a team of 70 people for Manipal Jaipur’s annual sports fest, ABHIVARTA as the Organizing Team Leader of hospitality committee
